Brean Murray, Carret & Co. Appoints New Director of Research

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brean Murray, Carret & Co. is pleased to announce that Todd Silbergeld has joined the firm as Managing Director and Director of Research. Mr. Silbergeld will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Silbergeld comes to the firm from Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP, the broker-dealer arm of Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG), where he was Deputy Director of Equity Research since 2005.

Previously, Mr. Silbergeld held senior executive positions in the cable and telecom industries with SBCCommunications Inc. (now AT&T), Comcast, and the Federal Communications Commission where he served as legal advisor and counsel to Commissioner Andrew C. Barrett.
