Brean Murray, Carret Expands Chinese Small Cap Equity Research Practice

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alex Xu, CFA has joined Brean Murray, Carret & Co. as the firm's third Senior Analyst covering small cap Chinese companies listed on US exchanges. He will be based in New York and supported by the research staff in the Brean Beijing office.

With equity research experience at Bank of America and UBS in New York, Mr. Xu previously worked in Beijing-based Chinese companies for nine years. He graduated with distinction from the Cornell MBA program, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering from one of China's leading technology institutions, Beijing University of Posts and Telecom.
