Kandi Technologies, Corp. (Nasdaq: KNDI), a leading manufacturer and exporter of recreational vehicles in China, completed a $10.0 million private placement of senior convertible notes. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the financing for working capital purposes. Brean Murray, Carret & Co. served as the Co-Lead Placement Agent for the transaction.
Kandi Technologies, Corp, ranks as one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of go-karts in China. It also ranks among the leading manufacturers in China of all terrain vehicles and specialized utility vehicles, especially for agricultural purposes.
