Brean Murray, Carret & Co. Serves as Co-Manager in $176.3 Million Follow-on Offering for Mueller Water Products, Inc.

Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE: MWA), a leading North American provider of infrastructure and flow control products for use in water distribution networks and treatment facilities, closed a follow-on offering of approximately 37.1 million shares of Series A common stock (including the over-allotment option) at $4.75 per share for gross proceeds of $176.3 million. The Company intends to use all of the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of indebtedness outstanding under its credit agreement. Brean Murray, Carret & Co. served as a Co-Managing Underwriter of the offering.
